The North Point office complex, located near Cleveland’s North Coast Harbor, consists of 842,000-square-feet of luxury Class A office space anchored by a world-class tenant roster.

The Ferchill Group opened the $36 million first phase of the North Point complex in 1980. Phase One consists of 242,000–square–feet of space anchored by Jones Day, one of the nation’s leading law firms.

The Ferchill Group completed the $86 million second phase of the project, North Point Tower, in 1990. The Tower, offering 600,000-square-feet of multi-tenant office space spanning 19 floors, is fully occupied with a strong roster of tenants ranging from Oglebay Norton and Kaiser Permanente to Watson Wyatt. The Tower also includes a 1,000-car garage, 100-seat amphitheater, 50-seat conference room, work-out facility, and pedestrian bridge allowing direct, enclosed access between buildings.

North Point Tower was privately financed. Despite a number of construction challenges including building on a landfill upon which the parking garage now sits, The Ferchill Group built Phase One $4 million under budget and six months ahead of schedule. To accommodate construction, John Ferchill successfully convinced one of the busiest railroads, Conrail, to stop operations for a day.
