Westinghouse Record

“A partnership between Cleveland-based The Ferchill Group and the ERECT Funds may have set a record price for an office building when it sold Westinghouse building four in Cranberry last week to a REIT fund of Chicago-based Griffin Capital.”

“The building, an 118,000-square-foot office property added to Westinghouse’s headquarters campus at Cranberry Woods in 2010, sold for more than $36 million, according to John Ferchill, principal of the company that built the property.”
